在已經發出去lease給一個租客後（我還沒有簽），又有另一個更合適的租客要租，現在拒絕前一個要租的人，租客可能會認為我不合情理，但是我沒有違約責任吧？

我的screening policy是first come first served，同時也是most qualified。
