按4月底剛過期的lease，4月之後算month-to-month（因為租戶沒搬出，但是沒有簽續約）。
這裏一個假設，因為原lease沒有說month to month租金，所以她5/1按舊租金付的，算是整月房租。
現在她住了12天（5/1-5/12)，不滿一個月，所以如果按第二句話，應該是6/13，因為她算是付了一個月房租。
如果按第一句話，她已付的一個月租金默認rental period是一個月，所以到期也是6/13.
