請各位看一下這個空調修理的proposal合理嗎？

2017年蓋的房子，一直在出租。最近發現HAVC室內的部分傾斜了。照片在這裏：

管理公司找來了估價 $1267

說是安裝時候沒安裝好，現在要如下修理：

• • Add new refrigerant as needed.
  • Flushing Agent. Removes old R-22 oil from the existing Freon lines.
  • Remove and reinstall existing air handler. Will need to pump down condenser. Cut line set at air handler. Cut drain line. Disconnect wiring. Attach new 2x4 to studs in wall and mount air handler. Flush and vacuum lines. Rewire and attach drain lines.

  • 我自己先看出一個問題： 2017年蓋的房子HAVC不應該還用R-22 了吧？我已經去要管理公司去照一張HAVC 具體型號的照片了，還沒有結果。

  • 這個HAVC公司建議的修法合理嗎？價錢合理嗎？
  • 一般2017年房子HAVC是否還有可能在保修期？這是遠程出租房我手頭沒有具體信息，得要去找。
