不是給你一萬元讓你送私人托兒所，是公立學校開設preK

現在公立學校有head start，是低收入的人可以把孩子送pre-K。拜登的計劃是把pre-K擴大到所有人。成本不會是一萬多元一個小孩，我說一萬多元是指如果送私人托兒所會有一年一萬多（1500x10個月）。

The American Families Plan will make transformational investments from early childhood to postsecondary education so that all children and young people are able to grow, learn, and gain the skills they need to succeed. It will provide universal, high quality preschool to all three- and four- year-olds. It will provide Americans two years of free community college.
