完全不扯皮

第一次是plumber發過去quote就直接給支票了，第二次我隻是打電話谘詢一下火災強製撤離，報銷旅費算不算deductible，結果直接給我約了adjuster來家裏看，來檢查完就說要賠一萬多，我完全是懵的。
