為什麽我的猶太AGENT不敢提前搶房？

我這裏房子火，一些房子在廣告上登出 COMING SOON，還沒到上市日，突然變成了 UNDER CONTRACT。

我要求我的猶太AGENT, 在廣告上我看見喜歡的房子還沒到上市日, 也去與 LISTING AGENT 溝通提前買。他說，那樣違法，被發現後，會被罰款。

難道別的AGENT這麽做，就不怕罰款？，
