How many Sch- E needed

In the office, can't write in Chinese. Thanks for your help:

 

First time bought a rental property with my husband in 2022. Planning file tax return jointly.

Question is:  Seems no partnership return needed, but use Sch-E (right?)

Do we need file a pair of Sch-E for me and my husband or only one Sch-E for both.
