請問有經驗的大俠，如果 Section 8 tenant

有drug dealing or using 的問題，而我的合同裏有沒有說明一旦發現證據可以evict租客，這種情況可以通過 Housing authority 直接中斷合同然後evict 租客嗎？

這個網站（https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2001/05/24/01-12840/screening-and-eviction-for-drug-abuse-and-other-criminal-activity）說“section 8(d) mandates that program leases “shall provide” that “any drug-related criminal activity” on or near the premises by a covered person during the term of the lease is grounds for termination of tenancy (42 U.S.C. 1437f(d)(1)(B)(iii)). ”

但這個是說program leases shall provide... 我的合同裏沒有提這事。 最後的鏈接是“THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARETHE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE“
