值得花6000多把ceramic tile 換成porcelain tile嗎？

準備買一個新的小房子，一樓builder's standard 是12x12 ceramic tile. 多加6000多塊錢可以換成24x24 porcelain tile，大家覺得有必要換嗎？謝謝

一樓大概也就500sqft. 房子準備出租
