銀行破產？

今夜NBC新聞見一女的說，她有10M，破產銀行隻賠她25萬元，怎麽這樣？

如果我有50萬現金存在同一家銀行，分3個CD（15萬，15萬，20萬），銀行破產了，它會賠我50萬？還是隻有賠25萬？
