當時我在法庭上，考慮他說的情況和法官的態度，同意他兩個月內補齊房租，今天我估計他的退稅應該到帳了，所以我今天早上就發了一條短信，

Good Morning, Today is 8th of March. I have not received any rent since Jan. I am thinking to take protective measure of filing paper in court just in case. I hope you understand

下一分鍾，他就發來cash app付款2500的截圖

我當下回了以下短信，

Thanks for the payment. You may be aware that it is march now and you still need to play a little catch up

這是他的回答，

They took half my income tax. I know I'm still a little behind. I started working again so I can make some up in a week or two.

不管如何，以我對此人的了解，我估計他會接著付的。所以我喜歡與熟悉人打交道，如同下棋，你每走一步都對對方下一步有個大致的判斷。另外我從討債公司那裏學到，要保持壓力。
