外麵的sump pump 問題，有圖片，幫著看看這樣解決行不行？

sump pump 在 e-gress window 外麵， 冬天非常冷，把check valve 給損壞。現在看來， check valve 肯定是需要的。

對了, sump pump 經常跳閘 不知道怎麽回事？

不知道這樣解決可以不可以

1） electric heater coil 冬天

2） 冬天， egress window 用insulation 蓋住
