change the lock to a smartkey lock

before your new tenant moves in, you need to rekey the lock so no one can use the old key anymore. it is very easy to rekey the smarkey locks, you dont need a handyman and the old keys can be resued. https://www.homedepot.com/s/kwikset%20smartkey?NCNI-5
