一年好快。租戶說要續租，租金漲多少呢？我覺得

目前的租金還不錯（monthly net cash flow $1k)。租戶非常好。目前的市場，漲多少比較合理？5%? 謝謝

我完全忘了出租這件事，還是租戶email 想續租，才知一年又結速了.
