房客搬出去了，不肯再付房租。怎麽report to credit bureau 呢?

我以前上用催債公司，現在找不到任何催債公司了，都倒閉了。

我們這裏冬天不可能找到房客; 夏天之前要空關很長時間。很不爽， 想給他的信用留一筆。
