我的經驗，總結一下教堂山附近

Chapel hill 以 UNC 為中心，總體不錯，以西以南都比較郊。現有很多新建房在那一帶，環境還不錯，但學校就不怎麽樣了。好學區高中：east chapel hill or chapel hill high school 

在chapel hill 向南near lake, there is a rich community.，退休人為多。

這兩年Cary and Durham，Raleigh 發展比較好，房價都比chapel hill 漲的快，主要是IT公司比較多。chapel hill 以在UNC and Duke 工作的人居多。平均學曆是最高的。房價比較穩，經濟危機時也不怎麽跌價. 

你買房子給兒子住，主要還是要離上班的地方近一點。
