請大家幫我看下，可以租給這個家庭嗎？

軍人家庭，男空軍Foreman，信用650，女銀行teller，信用630，她在三年前分別有3000多刀欠公寓的rent collection和disorderly conduct misdemeanor charge。couple都很年輕，01年出生，有兩孩，1歲和兩歲。有點猶豫是不是租，按理說軍人還算可靠，但不知道這個disorderly conduct charge 嚴不嚴重，還有rent collection. 房子在Vegas，現市場比較slow，房子上市10天，先謝過。
