求助，怎麽刷漆才能管的長久一點

外麵的木頭柵欄，油漆老是脫落，見圖。每年都要刷一次。用砂紙打磨，再噴防水漆。有沒有啥好辦法能刷一次管個三五年的？每年都刷太煩人了
