再出1/4的SPY @ 405.97

我SPY是大倉，在357左右開始建，最低349，最高387，現在出了一半左右.

TQQQ我在18左右開始建了小倉，最低14.9，最高21，還在hold.

昨天遞了一個offer，41門的，9萬5一個門，其實這個價錢是不賺錢的，隻有cap5.5，而銀行利息是6.5%，但是我附近有兩個 complexes共 68個門，而這個小城很少有complex拿出來賣， operations一起管，可能會 break even in short term,等租漲上去才能賺個蚊子肉.
