頭疼- 要不要花1500多開一個HELOC呢？

大家新春快樂！

我在辦自住房的HELOC但是要1500左右的closing costs（包括appraisal自付等），利息6%，大概能貸出10萬。這個辦下來後最近如果要買房子的話能方便一些。但是因為這個手續費，以及我可能打算2年後賣掉房子搬家，這樣是不是HELOC就不合算了？

我想更好的方式是用投資房開HELOC。但是我查了之前論壇上大家提到的Bank of west, wells fargo，east west bank,, Panfed, TD bank, 5th third bank, 都寫著不能給rental property做heloc，向南加的地主請教，哪個銀行有可能做投資房的heloc呢？
