B-20)    Mailboxes.

  1. Mailboxes serving each home in the neighborhood shall be as provided by the Developer and shall be replaced as necessary, with a mailbox identical in all respects with that originally provided.

Mailbox in this context refers to the entire mail delivery unit (both box and post). Both components are needed to function as written in our neighborhood documents.
