租客聽到閣樓上有動物爬動聲音，

噴蟲公司人來看了，說閣樓上有老鼠痕跡，建議換掉insulation, 堵住所有可見的縫隙漏洞，收費$3500。請問有沒有便宜一點的解決方法？需要放老鼠trap嗎？謝謝大家。
