The tenant presented email from her husband including certain zelle transaction receipt.  This might be a hearsay evidence inadmissible. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hearsay

What the judge needs to see is a direct evidence from zelle/bank.  Not passing through her husband.  That's why he asked for something tenant couldn't provide.
