Can I increase Sec 8 rent to her voucher amount?

Put  1 bed/1 bath unit on zillow for $1590 a month. A woman with a sec 8 Voucher amount of 1650 come to apply. I have never rent to Sec 8 before, for added trouble, going through inspection etc, can I raise the rent to her voucher amount of 1650? is it legal?
