到期是否保證收到face value - T-bill, note and bond

在Fidelity買T-bill第二天開始計息。價格買前就可看到。但不清楚到期時是否一定保證會收到face value （很多網是這樣說）。在Fidelity賣的T-Note, and T-Bond也類似。
