前2年的利息是10%， 從第三年開始，利息按天算，如果1）S&P 500 index 大於 55% 1/17/2023 的index, 並且
30年期的利率高於2年期的利率， 這天就有利息，否則就沒有利息。
在這20年中，債卷可以在二級市場買賣。
據說citigroup 可能3年後就把債卷贖回。
要買的話，最少5萬。
