準地主-2023

年過半百，一個出租房也沒有。在大千潛水n年，不得賺錢要領。2022一年下來，股票縮水，東西更貴了。發誓一定要買一個出租房保值。打算以後在此潛水學習，如果偶爾冒泡還請大地主們賜教。在此提前叩拜，祝新老地主2023如意，發財。

從今天起工資存起來準備down payment. 時機一來就出手，耐心等待。
