急問：出租房全屋堵了，可clean-out在屋頂上，水管工說可以通而且同時接線弄個新clean-out到後院，

包括通管，要至少700以上了，值得弄嗎？還是就先在屋頂通就行了，要2個人弄機器上去，也要大概3-4百。
