上次上來問了租房申請費。今天老人打電話講申請被拒了。說是screening failed。

他把報告發給我，我看了半天也看不出結論是如何推論出來的

Individaul Result“Applicant Does Not Meet Requirement” 

What does executive action mean here? 

In summary. "credit report" status: complete. "Premium Nation Civil count records search" status: not found. OFAC Name Search status: No Matchd found. 

His credit report status is comlete. But it didn't say pass or fail. So I am not sure if his credit card report has issue or not. 有誰能看懂screening report。
