那麽你應該去告維護樹的專業公司。HOA又不是樹的專家，他們隻要聽專家意見就不負責任。

為什麽找專業公司？不但是辦事，還是規避責任。我的房子出問題，我都是找有執照的人去修，不是我不會修，而是萬一出了事我有墊背的。

空房子的時候我自己去修，反正房客也看不見。
