請問大家，slab leak是鑿開來修還是re-pipe？

大家好，上周氣溫驟變，我們還在想會不會有爆水管的情況出現，果不其然周末就接到租客電話，duplex的一邊出現前後院漏水，今天找水工看了說是slab leak，給了兩套方案
1）先leak detection，然後再打開木地板and/OR新鋪的瓷磚地來修；
2）re-pipe，通過attic來走水管。

請問大家哪個方案更好？還是有其它成本較低的解決方法？

我們用的水工是個體戶（雖然有證），如果re-pipe是不是找專門的plumbing公司來做比較好？
