不是地產圈子裏的人最好不參與

多數人參與的原因是想追求高回報。想短期內發財。但是圈外的人很難分清楚是眾籌還是傳銷。如今很多傳銷的手法和眾籌如出一轍。基本分不清楚。所以風險很大。

但是實際上一個人如果能承擔眾籌的風險，那肯定能承受股票的風險。買入指數基金或REIT指數，average compounded return is  7-10%. 致富沒問題，就是需要時間而已。

But most people don't want to get rich slowly. They want to be rich tomorrow. Lol... Because of this, people who can set the rules will get rich much faster than others.
