Is it right that if I buy this house (with cash or mortage) on my own, my spouse won't be responsible for any loans, debts, liability, etc. of this house. Also, his credit won't be affected either because I am the sole owner of the house. All he needs to do is to sign the paperwork that he has been informed about his rights.
