10年前，25萬現金買入，8萬裝修，去年Cash flow $379,926.70, 多家庭，現在值多少？

對地主來說， 沒有絕對的被動收入，找好的deal, 學學如何裝修,  就算自己不勞力，但也勞心。

不聽老人言，吃虧在眼前。不管什麽投資或者實業，都要從基層做起，隻有基本功紮實，才能獲得更好回報
