請教：換老的electrical panel， 新的panel 裏麵是這樣的有什麽問題嗎？

看到舊的鋁線還在裏麵，旁邊還有裸露的粗
鋁管(新換的)，銅線也有裸露的, 這樣安全，合乎標準嗎？是不是應該有塑料包皮？舊的銅

鋁線有壽命期嗎？舊的romex cable還能繼續用嗎？請的是有執照的公司，我的要求是換panel和rewire整棟房子。我們沒有天天監工，過後才看到。謝謝！
