     Transaction-Brokers: 2/8% of the gross sales price or , in U.S. dollars
另外說簽6個月。.
是公司推薦的公司，然後請了當地realtor公司，2個代理過來看，然後寫報告，我們選了可以把房子報價高的那個代理。他說到時可以general cleaning幫我們付了。
