新人想請教一下，在auction.com上隨便扔了個offer, 昨天還是reserve not met,

本人有自住房2個acre lot 我們都不喜歡打理。原來不打算買投資房的。

這幾天在家炒股沒事做，在auction.com上亂扔offer. 都是low ball.

有一個forclousre bank own的

昨天還是reserve not met, 比我高的bidder有3個也是reserve not met。

今天我突然變成highest bidder ,然後reserve met了 

有沒有對auction.com熟悉的。接下去什麽流程？
