Insurance vs none insurance

If you want to save money and did not buy health insurance that wrong in the U.S.

The big different between you have health insurance cover vs none

For example,

MRI bill is $1500, insurance agreed $300 then you pay $30.  All $1200 will be slashed.

If you don't have health insurance, no one deal with the charges.  You have to pay full amount.

If your income is middle-low range, you still need to buy a basic coverage medical insurance.
