房子找不到合適的人租

已經第十天了，還是找不到適合的人租房。今天收到一個郵件，“Hello, My name is XXX，and I am a Search Specialist at ALE Solutions INC. My company works with Insurance Adjusters, as a third party, to find short term leases for individuals who have lost their homes due to damages. We have a local family that had some damage to their home. I found this rental online I wanted to see if this is still available? We are looking for a 3 month lease with the option to extend month to month. Please email or call me! "請問地主們，這種方式可行嗎？謝謝回複！
