選租客請教，這個申請人行嗎？

房子月租金$1980，申請人月收入$5900, 3倍還差一點點， 是個Sr. Loan processor,看他過去10年每2年換一個employer（不同的銀行，都在本地）。寫的是一個人入住，但是有3個兒子，估計兒子是跟前妻住。現在的的信用分是680. 說是"excellent rental history, responsible father of 3 boys, 2 years of reserves in savings account,good credit score"。看facebook照片感覺是個好爸爸。但是收入看著有點懸啊，不到3倍。他現在租的地方離得不遠，但小一些，才$1250。麻煩各位前輩給看看他這個收入能行嗎？ 還有loan processor這個工作穩定嗎？ 萬分感謝！

另外，他自己提交的信用報告最下麵是這樣的,這是不是說他2012年曾經有過bankruptcy?
