看到stimulus plan還包括real estate tax deduction

目前有四個投資房在個人名下，都是lp在全職管 去年tax return上有4萬多的loss，但是passive loss就沒有tax decution。 剛看到stimulus plan還包括real estate tax deduction， 其中居然$500，000的loss能用於deduct salary capital gain 等等。 這個是怎麽操作的，需要把四個房都放入llc 然後報稅的時候用K1？請教各位前輩
