我們微小地主要吐血

剛看到佛州所在小區的一個房子pending 了， 10／3 上市， 今天就 pending 了， 20天前上市時， 我就在想，它開價這麽高， 誰會買？

事實證明了， 隻要是好的社區， 有無敵的 room with view, 還是能夠賣出好價錢的， 並不是隻有東西2岸的房子漲的凶， 這個房子隻持有了 3年， 就漲了50%， 實在無語和羨慕。
