大家幫忙看 選租客

又是換租客，每次都難以取舍，大家幫我看一下，非常感謝！

A. 一個六十多的單身女士，800分 信用好，收入不到三倍房租，2.5倍房租，稍差些，但可以預付一年房租，幾年前她失去了唯一的孩子，我也很同情她，但一個人住一個房子，很孤單，萬一出什麽事，沒人照料，也不知道，房子有什麽小問題，都要找我，也是我的顧慮.

B. 四口之家，夫妻三份工作，剛好三倍房租，信用620 650. 我覺得工作有點不穩定. 他們以前一直租房.

C. 年經夫妻二人，二個小狗，信用700-730， 一人有大病，工資剛好三倍房租，也覺得同情，但是未來難料.

D. 繼續找， sigh... life is hard, it gave me negative impact while hearing their difficult storit’s. 有時候知道他們的 personal story, make it very difficult to decide as the emotion is get involved.
