現在房子比以前難租了？

3月份是淡季但是我的房子來看房子的很多。當時還沒裝修好，就已經租出去了。

同一個房子，房客要提前搬出去，我同樣的價格，而且房子已經裝修好。但是約看房的明顯比以前少，大概也就以前50%的量。現房客月底要搬出。

 

市場上好多房子已經空了一個多月。

 還有一個白雲房要出租，租金2950，不知道能不能租出去。剛剛換了2個房子的房客，還好沒空檔，但是一堆事情：清理, 油漆，修理，帶人看房，背景調查，簽約。7月中就感覺出租市場已經變冷。現在更明顯了。

這是普遍現象嗎？
