想買一出租房, 但賣家說有以下問題. 請大家看看, 修一下要多少錢. 

Firplace (Fire boxes) were improperly constructed and were declaired to be unsafe and a fire hazard by county department of inspection, license and permits (in the entire develomnet). New buyer can have firbox repaired and get permission from county to use again.
