昨天剛拿到的甲狀腺超聲波報道，請懂的朋友幫我看看，先感謝~~~

ULTRASOUND OF THYROID

right thyroid lobe is 5.8*1.4*1.5cm  left lobe is 5.1*1.6*1.6cm,and isthmus is 0.18cm.

the echo,texture is heterogeneous and there are multiple hypoechoic nodules scattered throughout the gland.the largest nodule 1cm is in the lower pole.the other nodules are all 5mm and less.

the submental triangle shows a 6mm lymph node.the left anterior triangle superiorly shows three lymph nodes and one of them is 1.1*0.4cm .the lymph nodes show fatty hilum.

SUMMARY

normal sized thyroid gland with heterogeneous echo texture and multiple hypoechoic nodules.

differential diaghosis includes multinodular goitre and hashimoto"s thyroiditis.

no change since september 16/2009.

我在加拿大多倫多，家庭醫生說目前一年檢查一次，如果顆粒超過1CM就要用針抽取化驗。

我擔心我這種情況一年後再檢查會不會太久了？萬一結節迅速長大該怎麽辦呀?

在我印象裏，我甲狀腺腫大好多年了，上中學就有同學說我脖子有點大，因為沒有症狀，也沒檢查，還是出國後體檢醫生才說的，前幾年驗血超聲波都說沒什麽問題，隻是今年，醫生說驗血正常，不是荷爾蒙問題，但超聲波結果有顆粒在裏麵。
