這裏有醫生朋友嗎？ 能幫我看看我的甲狀腺指標嗎？

跟家庭醫生討論過，沒得到令人滿意的回答，隻說很多因素影響甲狀腺。我這幾年一直吃75mcg 的藥。

困惑我的幾個問題： 1） 雖然一直吃一樣計量的藥，我的TSH 值這幾年忽上忽下是什麽原因？

2）從今年的結果看，free T4 is normal, TSH indicates "hyperthyroidism (甲狀腺分泌過多)“， 但

Total T3 indicates "hypothyroidism" (甲狀腺分泌過少)". 我自己兩方麵的症狀都不是很明顯 （也可能我太

不敏感）。醫生雖然把我的藥劑量降到50mcg, 可我現在不太敢吃了。我就幾天吃一次，也不知這樣好不好。我在網上做了一些研究，無解。 懂行的請幫我看看。謝謝。
