An electron when understood as a quantum wave, it cannot even be localized (so-called non-locality). And when understood as a particle, the electromagnetic field it generates has spherical symmetry (due to the fact that space is isotropic), which is equivalent to the existence of perfect circles.
A circle is as real as an electron when the reality of the electron is accepted, and, the electron is as non-real as a circle when the circle is denied its reality.
