No everybody is creative. In fact, most people are likely not. When a culture is in decline, people like 孔乙己 are precious keepers of what have been created by past efforts. They should be valued and respected.
魯迅 is probably a good writer for creating this fictional character, but he didn't understand his own creation. Like I said more than once before, he was not a true thinker.
