I am very good with logic, but I think it is harmful to make logic a standard training for the developing mind. It mostly narrows the developing mind due to the linear nature of logic. But this isn't the worst part of it. The worst part of it is, it trains the mind to identify with the rigid concepts in the chain of reasoning while be blind to the void between those concepts. Those voids are often more essential in understanding reality as I pointed out in one of my earlier posts. Understanding those voids requires perception but logic.
